A SIMPLE IRA PLAN (Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees) offers the salary deferral option of a 401(k) without complex discrimination testing (ADP, ACP and top heavy testing).  Designed for businesses with 100 or fewer employees and is easy to establish and maintain.   100 percent is immediately vested.  Mandatory pre-tax contributions may reduce employee's current taxable income.
